Artist

Jacqui began painting in middle school art classes and over time developed her own artistic and vibrant style. She enjoys it as a therapeutic and creative outlet. During the making of her second documentary, after late nights of editing, she would paint to cleanse the mental pallet before going to sleep. She enjoys sharing her art and often just gives it away.

Jacqui's passion for photography also began back in middle school when Jacqui and some friends convinced one of her art teachers to reopen the school's darkroom. The art teacher  agreed and an old-school photography club was started up. Jacqui learned about darkroom photo development but didn't have access to a darkroom outside of photography club but over the years, in her social circles she was known for always having a camera on hand and photographing moments of life as it happened or of beautiful nature-scapes and sky photography.
