From the YouTube sensation with over 4.7 million views, comes the feature documentary film, Beautiful Births. The film was produced, directed, written (narration), voice over'd and edited by Jacqui Blue. Beautiful Births is an informational documentary that explores the midwifery model of care and discusses the importance of diet counseling, answers the most commonly asked questions regarding out of hospital births, talks about the risks involved with interventions, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), ICAN (International Cesarean Awareness Network) and all the while the tone of the film never becomes preachy or judgmental. Three women share & compare their personal in and out of hospital birth stories. Beautiful Births had screenings in Ocala and Fort Lauderdale Florida (where the documentary footage and interviews were filmed) in September 2014. A growing media and blogger buzz around the film took off. The film has been praised internationally (America, Canada, India, Australia, the U.K., New Zealand) and at the end of February 2015 it has been chosen as the feature film to kick off the CHOICE! A Birth and Baby Film Festival in Ottawa, Canada.
